Johnny Jenkins Jr. is a Ph.D. student in Gender Studies at Arizona State University, a diasporic futures strategist and founding architect of the SoulShift Syndicate—a transnational think tank devoted to radical thought, diasporic power, and Black becoming. His work moves at the rhythm of liberation, where the wellness of Black people, animal kin, and the Earth are not separate struggles, but shared songs. Rooted in the sacred traditions of Black resistance and worldmaking, Johnny crafts futures where care is not a commodity but a covenant. He draws from ancestral knowledge, speculative practice, and political clarity to build frameworks that center interdependence, cultural memory, and collective wellbeing. His theory of kinship is living: it breathes through fur and flesh, root and ritual. At the heart of his work is a commitment to Blackness not as something to justify or defend, but as a generative force— sovereign, luminous, and world-bearing. Through SoulShift Syndicate, he designs strategies that reimagine institutions, uplift community ecosystems, and make space for all beings to rest, to rise, and to return to themselves. He dreams in drumbeats. He organizes in whispers and roars. And always, he builds toward a future where we all— human and more-than-human—can be well, can be whole, can be free.

Toriano Sanzone is the Visionary founder of AYAVERSE, a distinguished Marketing and Creative direction Firm that stands out for its innovative Strategies and Exceptional Talent. From a young age, Toriano exhibited a profound passion for the business world, exemplified by his childhood entrepreneurial ventures, including selling his Christmas and birthday toys—a testament to his early understanding of marketing dynamics.

Growing up in the 1980s, Toriano's family owned three Amoco Gas Stations on the Westside of Chicago, providing him with firsthand experience in the intricacies of running a business and engaging with diverse customers. This foundational experience likely fueled his ambition and desire to excel in the marketing field.

Throughout his career, Toriano has held various influential marketing positions at prominent organizations, including BMG Entertainment, Jive Records, Priority Records, Rawkus Records, and Kilter Marketing Firm in Minneapolis. 

His diverse background in the music industry equipped him with unique insights into branding and promotion, allowing him to develop a keen sense of what drives consumer engagement.

In addition to his Marketing Expertise, Toriano has successfully owned and operated dog training companies for the past 24 years. His current focus lies in developing global Dog Training and grooming businesses that leverage AI technology, showcasing his commitment to innovation and forward-thinking solutions in the pet care industry.

Beyond his Entrepreneurial endeavors, Toriano is also a prolific podcast host, where he shares his insights and experiences with a wider audience. As a creative director, he skillfully manages and promotes various companies and individuals across the Music, Fashion, and interior Design sectors. His approach to marketing is deeply strategic; he likens it to a game of chess, where every move counts and requires careful consideration.
